Section 12
Provision Of Fund
(1) There shall be a fund by the name of the health worker and health organization security fund.
(2) The following amounts shall be credited to the fund:
(a) Amounts received from the Government of Nepal,
(b) Amounts received pursuant to Section 8,
(c) Amounts received from any other source.
(3) The amounts of the fund shall be deposited in an account opened
with any commercial bank within Nepal.
(4) The fund shall be operated as prescribed.
